User Administrator /Mainframe Developer

for a

clients in

uburn Hills, MI or Frisco, TX

Responsibilities

:
Investigate and solve problems of an exceptional nature by resolving operating problems/errors related to Corporate Actions and taking appropriate action to prevent recurrence.
Ensure timely and appropriate escalation of issues to senior management according to established procedures and policies.
Coordinate, recommend and implement new services/products including cost/benefit analysis, procedural documentation, acceptance testing and approval prior to implementation.
Ensure documentation aligns with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with training teams to integrate security documentation into training programs.
Work closely with IT security professionals and subject matter experts to gather information and insights for accurate documentation.
Conduct interviews and research to ensure comprehensive coverage of security topics.
Update documentation to reflect changes in security landscape and technology.
Required Skills

:

5-6 years of experience as a User Administrator
3-4 years of experience in Mainframe Development - z/OS
2-3 years of experience in SailPoint
Strong understanding of IT security concepts, technologies, and best practices.
Strong experience in requirements gathering, documentation and workflow diagramming.
ttention to detail and ability to translate complex technical information into clear and accessible documentation.
Excellent ability to present to senior management and work cross functionally.
