User Experience Manager

Position Summary

The User Experience Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining user experience standards for the Investortools' suite of products. This includes promoting these standards throughout the organization, working with team leads and managers to prioritize enhancement efforts, and understanding the needs and expectations of Investortools' clients. The role requires active collaboration and ongoing discussions with development and client-focused teams to develop the user experience standards and ensure these standards are consistently applied. Additionally, the User Experience Manager serves as a companywide resource to identify and troubleshoot any user experience problems.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with development and client-focused teams to develop and maintain UX standards.


• Promote UX standards throughout the organization.


• Review job designs and implementations for adherence to UX standards.


• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems, communicating with team leads and managers when product changes violate established standards.


• Collaborate with internal and external UI experts.


• Conduct research to understand the needs and expectations of Investortools' clients.


• Collect and analyze internal and external feedback and use the feedback to propose product improvements.


• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the best possible user experience.


• Work with team leads and managers to prioritize UX enhancement efforts.

Minimum Qualifications

• 10 years of direct experience with Investortools' product suite.


• Track record of collaborating with developers and client-facing departments to create innovative solutions that address our client needs.


• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining high quality results.


• Enjoy a rapid-paced iterative design and development process.


• Ability to translate industry best practices into our software suite.

This is an exempt position with an anticipated starting salary between $120K and $170K annually based on experience and knowledge.
