We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Associate to join our team in Tecumseh, NE. Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and efficient service to customers both in-person and over the phone.


• Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and issue resolution.


• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.


• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.


• Stay organized and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.


• Demonstrate a service-minded approach in all customer interactions.
