Utah Common Ground Solutions Forum Facilitator

Utah Common Ground Solutions Forum Facilitators attend the Utah Common Ground Solutions Forum on September 18 and 19, 2026, in Draper, UT. They must attend from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. on both days.

Solutions Forum Facilitators will work with small groups (10 to 14 participants) over two days of the forum. They will ensure every participant has opportunities to be heard and no one monopolizes a small-group conversation. If small groups are off topic or need help moving the conversation in a productive direction, facilitators will assist the groups in getting back on track. Facilitators may help delegates clarify their ideas, but they will not participate directly in the discussion or insert their ideas. 

Facilitators should have some type of training and experience in small group facilitation.
