Administrative Shift: (8:00AM - 5:00PM) unless the project demands otherwise

Job Description:

Under general supervision, provide technical guidance and complement initiatives to improve the efficiency of critical utilities and facilities programs (HVAC, Water, Compressed Air, Facilities Sanitization and Pest Control).

Requirements:

• Oversee specific regulatory and strategic utilities improvement while working in collaboration with the IFM service provider
• Expert in HVAC, Purifies Water, Compressed Air, and GMP facilities
• Experience managing capital projects

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical guidance and complement initiatives to improve the efficiency of critical utilities and facilities programs
• Identify and recommend improvements to the IFM performance
• Serve as a technical facilitator between the client and Capital projects team to ensure compliance with GMPs and EHS regulation

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (electrical engineering is preferred).
