Byrne & Jones Construction is accepting the challenge to assist communities, across the state, in evaluating, inspecting, and replacing their aging underground infrastructure.  We are looking for highly motivated and skilled Laborers interested in building projects throughout Missouri.  Our long-tenured and highly driven field team is excited to work with new team members and learn new means and methods on delivering projects.  You'll learn from the best and work with the best. Responsibilities and Qualifications:

• Assist in the use of vacuum excavation equipment and remote tools to complete hydro-excavation and cathodic protection


• Data collection and utility field verification


• Knowledge of Excavation and safety standards


• Experience in underground utility, earthwork, and/or the civil construction industry 


• Must be able and willing to travel, within Missouri, throughout the week - home every weekend!  We do not anticipate being in one community longer than 3 weeks and most work will be within 2.5 hours of the St. Louis Region.


• Reliable transportation necessary


• CDL A license preferred but not required
