Utility Foreman

About the Role:

This is a leadership position responsible for operating equipment, managing crews, coordinating with project management, and keeping jobs running smoothly, safely, and on schedule. We're looking for someone who’s organized, takes initiative, and knows how to get the most out of a team.

What You’ll Do:

Operate heavy equipment (excavators, skid steers, etc.)

Read and interpret plans

Coordinate daily job site tasks and materials

Ensure safety and quality standards are met

Lead and mentor crew members

Communicate with management and inspectors

What We’re Looking For:

3+ years in underground utility or excavation work

Prior foreman or leadership experience preferred

Strong knowledge of water, sewer, and storm systems

Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus)

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-first environment
