Utility Foreman

Positions available for a self-starting, self-managing, motivated individual to lead a utility team in the installation of conduit systems and manholes. Applicants should have a minimum of 3-5 years experience. This is a working supervisor's position who will work "hands on" with your crew. Supervisors are expected to have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Required Skills

• Be familiar with installation procedures for PVC and Fiberglass conduit


• Manage the use of heavy equipment by operators


• Read drawings and be able to understand grade 


• Be familiar with installation procedures for PVC and Fiberglass conduit


• Adhere and promote all company safety policies and procedures


• Strong leadership and communication skills


• Clearly fill out time sheets and cost coding along with daily work logs


• Attend daily progress meetings as required
