Job Summary
Working as a

Utility Manager , you are responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations for an acute care food service setting in Cleveland, OH.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintains dish areas to ensure products are accessible
Ensures show quality standards in Kitchens and FOH areas are maintained at all times
Employs good safety and sanitation practices
Practices proper control and handling of all inventory and equipment
Ensures the culinary team has the necessary equipment and supplies
Displays a positive attitude towards team members

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in a fast-paced food and beverage environment
Passionate about safety and sanitation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Well organized, able to handle multiple tasks at the same time
High level of computer literacy
Implement oversee and follow up on all sanitation standards and procedures
Responsible for ensuring food service equipment is secure and maintained in proper order
Prepare weekly schedules and schedule additional personnel as needed
Perform other duties as assigned
