Are you mechanically inclined, enjoy working with your hands, and like having something different to do each day? A to Z Machine Company is looking for a Utility Operator to support a variety of functions throughout our machine and production shops.

This is a great opportunity to build your manufacturing skills, cross-train in different areas, and become an important part of the team.

✨ What You'll Do:

Support various machine shop and production operations
Assist with truck driving, loading/unloading, and material handling
Support shipping & receiving activities
Assemble parts using bolts, clips, screws, and other fasteners
Perform basic inspection of finished assemblies
Polish, saw, grind, and deburr parts
Learn to read blueprints and efficiently assemble/disassemble parts
Train to safely operate forklifts, cranes, and company vehicles
Follow 5S, ISO/quality, and safety procedures

Shift Options:

1st Shift: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM

2nd Shift:
Monday–Wednesday | 2:30 PM – 2:30 AM
Thursday | 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM

✅ You're a Great Fit If You Have:

High School Diploma or GED
1+ year of manufacturing experience preferred
Strong mechanical aptitude
Willingness to learn forklift, crane & equipment operation
Blueprint reading experience is a plus
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Positive attitude and team-focused mindset
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
