POSITION SUMMARY

The Utility Person is responsible for all facility cleaning and sanitizing, under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor.
 
 WHAT YOU WILL DO:

·         All housekeeping of the facility

• Clean and sanitize lunchroom
• Clean and sanitize offices
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms
• Other duties as assigned

 WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

• Able to work independently
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Interface well with others
