Maintains all equipment, walls, and floors in a clean and sanitary condition. Essential Duties:

• Must be flexible to work on weekends


• Washes and sanitizes all dishes, pots and pans, food carts, and food preparation equipment.


• Empties kitchen trash and sanities containers as needed.


• Sweeps, mops, and foams kitchen floors.


• Maintains cleanliness of all walls in kitchen and serving areas.


• Transports food carts to satellite dining rooms throughout the facility.


• Does regular cleaning of heavy kitchen equipment including oven and ranges.


• Assist in setting up buffets and special functions events.
