UX Lead

Role: UX Technical Lead

Location: Dublin, OH (onsite Day 1)

Job Description:

· Lead the UX design team, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

· Conduct user research to understand user needs and pain points, translating those insights into actionable design strategies.

· Craft compelling user narratives that inform the design process and guide decision-making.

· Develop and implement a user-centered design (UCD) process, ensuring best practices are followed throughout the design lifecycle.

· Human-centred design practitioner

· Design and prototype user interfaces (UIs) that are not only functional but also intuitive and delightful to use.

· Partner with engineers, developers, and product managers to ensure clear communication and alignment across all stages of the design and development process.

· Stay abreast of the latest UX trends and technologies, continuously improving the design practice within the team.

Who You Are

· A seasoned UX professional with a minimum of 6-8 years of experience leading and managing design teams.

· Proven experience in conducting user research, including user interviews, usability testing, and data analysis.

· A strong portfolio showcasing impactful UX design projects across digital and/or physical products.

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively influence and inspire cross-functional teams.

· A keen storyteller who can translate complex user insights into clear and compelling user journeys.

· A passion for user-centered design and a relentless focus on delivering exceptional user experiences.

· Proficiency in industry-standard UX design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, InVision) is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
