Job Summary:

ONE is looking for highly motivated talent to join our rapidly expanding sales team. As a Vacation Sales Advisor, you will be dedicated to always closing sales. No sales experience? No problem! We’re looking for highly motivated individuals with a great attitude and eagerness to learn. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Able to understand and demonstrate consultative selling techniques.

• Personally responsible for achieving performance requirements.

• Directly responsible for selling vacation packages and booking cruises while offering world class guest experience.

• Manage member information confidentially and accurately to ensure transactions are processed correctly.

• Work directly with your leadership to achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.

• Understanding of the importance customer service plays in sales.

• Able to overcome initial reluctance and objections.

Requirements

• College degree is preferred.

• Tech Savvy - Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technology.

• Willingness to learn and develop sales skills to promote & sell our products/services.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Experience in customer service or a contact center environment is preferred.

• Detail-oriented and highly organized.

• Positive attitude and a strong desire to succeed.

• Openness to training and development opportunities.

• Business Casual attire is required for this role reflecting a polished and professional appearance.

Compensation:

• 1st Year - $70,000+

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer, typically in a cubicle environment (constant noise, fluorescent overhead lighting)
