Job Summary:
Fordson Hotel is seeking a professional and reliable Valet Attendant to join our hospitality team. As a Valet, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a welcoming, efficient, and high-quality parking experience. Your role will involve parking and retrieving vehicles, ensuring the safety and security of the parking area, and delivering outstanding customer service.

· Greet guests in a friendly, professional, and welcoming manner upon their arrival at Fordson Hotel.
· Park and retrieve vehicles in a safe, efficient, and courteous manner, ensuring a positive guest experience at all times.
· Handle all vehicles with care, ensuring proper parking procedures are followed to avoid any damage.
· Assist guests with luggage, directions, or any other requests to enhance their stay and overall experience.
· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe valet parking area, ensuring the space is tidy and well-kept at all times.
· Securely manage and safeguard vehicle keys, ensuring they are properly stored and retrieved.
· Communicate effectively with the front desk and other team members to ensure smooth and seamless hotel operations.
· Adhere to all safety and company guidelines concerning valet operations, ensuring the safety of guests and vehicles.
· Have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
· Fill out incident reports in case of damage to a vehicle or property, ensuring all necessary details are documented accurately.
· Perform any other tasks as assigned by management to support the team and hotel operations.
