Job Description:

The Valet Attendant is responsible for the safe parking and retrieval of guest’s vehicles with exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Parks and retrieves guest’s vehicle that have request valet services


• Tickets vehicles and gives guest confirmation


• Ensures vehicles are checked for damage before parking


• Parks guest vehicles carefully in the designated valet parking area


• Helps with the transport of guest equipment


• Maintains all guest’s vehicle keys in the Valet office and locked


• Must maintain a well-groomed, professional appearance


• Follows relevant safety regulations and state laws governing vehicle operation and ensures that passengers follow safety regulations


• Complete paperwork for each vehicle, legible, and timely manner


• Reports accidents or tickets to supervisor immediately


• Other related duties as assigned
  

Job Requirements:

• Interact positively and effectively with co-workers


• Must be able to provide courteous, friendly, and efficient service to all guests


• Requires good stamina; frequent walking, standing, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, and lifting


• Requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds


• Requires paying attention to detail and being thorough in all tasks


• Requires good eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity


• Requires dependable attendance and the ability to appear for work on time


• Requires the ability to follow directions from a supervisor


• Requires the ability to interact effectively with co-workers


• Requires the ability to understand and follow posted work rules and procedures
