As a Service Valet Driver, you'll be an essential part of our service team by assisting customers, moving and parking vehicles safely, and helping keep the service drive running efficiently. We're looking for someone who is dependable, friendly, and committed to providing an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Vehicle Operations

• Safely move and park customer vehicles throughout the dealership.


• Retrieve and deliver vehicles to customers after service is completed.


• Assist with vehicle transportation to support daily service operations.


• Help maintain an organized and efficient flow of vehicles in the service drive.

Customer Experience

• Greet customers promptly with a friendly and professional attitude.


• Provide assistance during the check-in and vehicle pick-up process.


• Help create a positive and welcoming experience for every customer.

Service Department Support

• Keep the service drive clean, organized, and presentable.


• Assist the service team with daily operational tasks as needed.


• Support an efficient workflow throughout the department.

Safety & Compliance

• Follow all dealership safety policies and procedures.


• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.


• Complete all required company and manufacturer training programs.

Qualifications

Preferred

• Ability to drive a manual transmission is a plus.

• Valid driver's license.
