Valet Parking Attendant

Working Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Qualifications:

• Must possess and maintain a valid Virginia Driver’s License.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Previous experience in valet parking or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate vehicles of various types, including those with adaptive equipment 
• Greet vehicles at the valet area (excluding buses, VA transportation, and contractors).
• Assist veterans and caregivers with wheelchairs and devices.
• Ensure vehicle wait times do not exceed 10 minutes (15 minutes for overflow lot).
• Safely park and retrieve vehicles, ensuring they are locked and secure.
• Manage parking in lots C3, D, and the overflow area.
• Control traffic flow and direct to alternative parking/shuttle services when needed.
