Summary
Valet Parking Attendant greets customers, parks and retrieves vehicles, and assists the service and sales department with their client’s needs and helps create a positive customer experience.
Pay Scale: The Valet Parking Attendant Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of $18.00 - $20.00
Duties include but not limited to:
- Greets customer providing the upmost customer service experience
- Engages with customers to direct them to the appropriate person or location
- Parks and retrieves vehicles, ensuring vehicles are locked and secure
- Manages service drive traffic flow and parking
- Maintains parking lot organization and maintenance
- Manages key tagging and tracking according to company procedures
- Good judgment and safe driving skills are expected
- Assist with customer shuttles or car wash when needed
- Maintains a professional appearance.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures and immediately report all incidents to a manager or supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Customer service experience
- Valid driver's license
- High School diploma
- Positive attitude and demeanor
- Ability to work in the elements (outdoors) for extended periods of time
- Strong listening and verbal communication skills
- Ability to comply with all Dealership policies, procedures, standards, and deadlines.
