• Manage tack, saddles, and equipment for the jockey team with precision and expertise
• Coordinate the appropriate pairing of jockeys with their necessary gear
• Maintain a highly organized equipment room to ensure efficiency
• Collaborate with the racing team to facilitate smooth operations on race days
• Ensure safety standards are met by maintaining and inspecting equipment regularly
• Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of the role
• Conduct thorough equipment checks as part of race day preparations

Qualified candidates for the Valet Racing position should meet the following requirements:

• Minimum age of 21 years
• Demonstrated ability to manage and care for multiple horses (5-15) simultaneously
• Excellent multitasking skills with the physical capacity to perform tasks requiring bending, reaching, and constant movement
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Willingness to obtain necessary licenses and certifications for the horse racing industry

Prior experience or knowledge of horse anatomy and racing equipment is highly advantageous.
