Validation Engineer

• Prepare and execute validation protocols and installation qualification
  protocols.
  
• Configure, program, test, and troubleshoot PLC. Configure, validate,
  design, and test DCS.
  
• Work on a variety of programmable logic controller
  systems and variety of Distributed Controls Systems (DCS).
  
• Configure, validate,
  and test the Human Machine Interface (HMI) systems with the control systems.
  
  
• Design, program, test, validate, and maintain process controls and automation
  systems, including selecting the control system.
  
• Provide technical
  specifications for the control system, such as hardware and software
  specifications.
  
• Select the networking interface required to connect the control
  system to the process to be controlled, handling multiple projects concurrently

Requirements

Qualified candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in
Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a foreign equivalent and at
least three (3) years of experience as an Automation Engineer or a
substantially similar position performing all the duties as listed above.
Relocation to client sites at various unanticipated client locations throughout
the US is possible. Not a position that requires travel for work. Relocation
costs not paid.
