A valid Ohio driver's license is mandatory. Locals are preferred
Requirements:
- 5 years administration experience
- 5 years of experience working with Atlassian / JIRA systems or similar issue-tracking systems
- Experience in GED-level reading, communication, math, and problem-solving skills required to perform administrative support work
- Implement Honda Ready for Verification Quality process across function groups within the Infotainment division and vendors.
- Has proficient computer skills in word processing (Microsoft Office programs: Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) and usage of collaboration-related tools (Confluence, Sharepoint, etc).
- Valid Ohio driver's license required.
Responsibilities include:
- Ensure Issue ticket closure steps adhere to the client process.
- Works in teams (internally & externally) to understand the status of issues and targeted resolution timing for closure.
- Will collect, and compile records and documentation in an organized manner and file them as appropriate
- Post results data/logs/artifacts to various collaboration tools
- Documents/summarizes results/conclusions and determines if additional data is needed.
- Communicates results clearly in written reports/formal presentations in the customer's format
- Ability to support department-specific needs as described in job requests based on specialty.
- Learning new tools and equipment to facilitate additional testing needs
