Valve Sanitation - 3rd Shift

Job Title: Valve Sanitation

Reports To: Department Supervisor/Lead

FLSA Status: Hourly Non-Exempt

3rd Shift

Hours: Sunday 8:00pm-6:30am, Monday-Thursday 10:30pm-7:00am

Overtime required based on production need.

$17.50/hour

Summary

Cleans, disassembles, maintains, and repairs valves in commercial or industrial establishments by performing the following duties. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Dismantles, Cleans, Inspects, Repairs, Sanitizes, and replaces valves. 
• Completing PM’s.

Education and/or Experience

High school diploma or general education degree (GED). 

Language Skills

Must be able to speak, read and write in English. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions and procedure manuals.

Mathematical Skills

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. 

Reasoning Ability

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form. 

Computer Skills

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have basic knowledge of computers and the ability to input data into a computer.
