1. Main office cleaning – Empty all trash cans every day, Dust / Wipe down all tables and desks, Vacuum, dust, Clean Windows.


2. Main Conference Room – Empty all trash cans, Wipe down tables, Vacuum.


3. Main Hall – Sweep and Mop. Sweep the stairs


4. Clean the Main Floor Bathrooms by 8:00 PM every day. Replenish all Toiletries.


5. Clean Main Canteen (Daily) – Sweep, Mop, Clean Tables, Clean Microwave, Restock items.


6. Clean additional Bathrooms as indicated.


7. Fourth Avenue Lobby – Sweep, Mop, Dust and clean all glass doors


8. Service all trash cans in the Industrial areas


9. Pick up all trash as indicated.


10. Outside cleaning duties as indicated.


11. Clean the compactor area (Weekly)


12. Clean Smoking booth area as indicated (Weekly)


13. Clean Fourth Avenue turnstile walkway (Weekly)


14. Clean Outside Chemical area as indicated using blower (Weekly)


15. Periodic sweeping by R6, R5, R1 as indicated.


16. Periodic sweeping and cleaning by R3, R4, Singer Room outside by F-Dock as indicated.


17. Clean Yellow guard rails as indicated


18. Periodic dusting as indicated


19. Cobweb cleaning as indicated


20. Sweep and clean the nurse’s station area and steps as indicated.


21. Clean the Tufting dock as indicated using leaf blower,


22. All other duties as assigned by manager.
