Job Summary
Our client is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Van Sales Executive to drive sales and distribution of Baby Care and Beauty Care products within assigned territories. The role is responsible for executing daily sales routes, building strong customer relationships, ensuring product availability, and achieving assigned sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities
• Execute daily van sales activities within the assigned territory to achieve sales and distribution targets.
• Promote and sell the company's Baby Care and/or Beauty Care product portfolio to retail outlets and other customers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities to acquire new accounts.
• Ensure effective product merchandising and visibility at customer outlets.
• Manage route plans efficiently to maximize sales coverage and productivity.
• Monitor stock levels within the van and ensure accurate inventory reconciliation.
• Process customer orders, collect payments where applicable, and maintain accurate sales records.
• Provide regular market intelligence on competitor activities, pricing, and customer trends.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and vehicle operating procedures.
• Prepare and submit daily sales, inventory, and route performance reports.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
• Certificate, Diploma in Business, Sales & Marketing, or a related field is an added advantage.
• Previous sales experience within the FMCG industry.
• 2 - 3 years’ experience selling Baby Care / Beauty Care Products.
• Experience in van sales and route-to-market (RTM) operations.
• Valid B1/B2 Driving Licence is mandatory.
• Good communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
