About the Job
The Van Sales Supervisor is responsible for driving sales and distribution performance by managing a team of Van Sales Representatives (VSRs). The role ensures effective market coverage, compliance with company standards, and achievement of sales targets through strong supervision, coordination, and execution in the field.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze sales performance (SKU -wise and VSR -wise) to identify gaps and improve results.
- Supervise and enforce discipline among VSRs (attendance, reporting time, route compliance, stock handling, and account balances).
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and ensure achievement.
- Ensure correct pricing and adherence to recommended selling prices in all outlets.
- Train and educate VSRs on product knowledge, benefits, and selling strategies.
- Ensure proper route planning and that VSRs visit the right outlets at the required frequency.
- Maintain strong knowledge of the market, routes, customers, and outlets.
- Ensure implementation of promotions and effective communication to outlets.
- Monitor product visibility, POSM cleanliness, and adherence to planograms.
- Ensure compliance with must -stock SKU requirements.
- Support incentive tracking and follow up to ensure timely approvals and payments.
- Accompany management during market visits when required.
