Varsity Volleyball

Skyline Gila River is seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Varsity and Junior High Volleyball Coach for the 2025-26 School Year.
The ideal candidate:
>Has prior playing experience & prior/or current coaching experience
>Is able to instruct student-athletes on the fundamentals of the game to students in grades 5-12
>Knowledge of essential skills, techniques, rules and safety concerns for the sport to be coached


>Skill in communicating with all student-athletes 


>Knowledge necessary to adhere to rules set out by CAA
>Is available to conduct after school practices and coach regularly scheduled home and away games
>Is responsible, organized and detail-oriented
>Certificate verifying completion of the NFHS online “Fundamentals of Coaching” course, or approved equivalent
>CPR & First Aid Certified
>Has a valid Class D driver license
>Has or can obtain a Dept. of Public Safety IVP Fingerprint clearance card upon hiring
