PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE

Hospital Privileges Required: Yes
Temporary Privileges Available: Yes
Credentialing Timeline: 90 days

REQUIRED PROCEDURES
Vascular surgery procedures, including inpatient and ED coverage, management of IP units.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Board: Board Certified in Vascular Surgery (Required)
Licenses: Active Ohio license (Preferred)
Certifications: BLS, ACLS (Required)
Experience: Fellowship training (Required)
Other Qualifications: Clean background, no malpractice or license issues; Self -Query NPDB report dated within 30 days of presentation

Duties & Responsibilities

Perform Vascular surgery procedures.
Provide inpatient coverage and manage IP units.
Provide emergency department coverage as needed.
Participate in on -call schedule, including beeper/phone and in -house call.
Collaborate with healthcare team for patient care.
