Vascular Ultrasound Technologist

As an IAC-accredited facility, we adhere to the highest standards in patient care and imaging quality. We are seeking a skilled Vascular Ultrasound Tech with 2+ years of experience. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, and eager to continue their professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform venous insufficiency, DVT, arterial duplex, venous duplex, vein mapping, abdominal aorta imaging, and ABI studies


• Generate preliminary reports within EPIC and/or PACS systems


• Communicate abnormal findings to the reading and/or referring physician in a timely manner


• Educate patients and explain procedures professionally and clearly


• Maintain a clean and compliant work environment in accordance with IAC standards and protocols


• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to support efficient workflow and high-quality patient care

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ years of vascular ultrasound experience


• Associate's degree or higher in Diagnostic Cardiac Sonography, Cardiovascular Technology, or a related field.


• Strong analytical skills with the ability to accurately interpret complex imaging results.


• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to professional development and continuous learning.


• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, can work effectively within a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in reflux studies, DVT studies, LE/UE arterial imaging, ABI, vein mapping, and abdominal aorta imaging


• Experience with EPIC preferred


• Familiarity with Philips Affiniti ultrasound systems preferred


• Flexibility to work between multiple clinic locations as needed


• Knowledge of Venaseal, endovenous procedures, including RFA, sclerotherapy, and phlebectomy, is a plus


• Credentialed as RVT (ARDMS) or RVS (CCI)


• Experience working in an IAC-accredited facility and familiarity with accreditation standards and processes.
