Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with Potential Sellers to Acquire Pre-Owned Vehicles Through In-person Visits, Online Inquiries, and Phone Calls


• Accurately Appraise Vehicles Based on Current Market Conditions and Dealership Standards


• Build Rapport with Customers to Create a Positive, Transparent Selling Experience


• Collaborate with the Sales and Inventory Teams to Ensure Smooth Vehicle Intake


• Maintain Accurate Records of Appraisals, Purchases, and Customer Interactions


• Meet or Exceed Vehicle Acquisition Goals and Performance Metrics

Qualifications:

• Previous Experience in the Automotive Industry or Related Customer-facing Roles


• Strong Negotiation Skills and the Ability to Close Deals Effectively


• Ability to Denote Condition Reports on Vehicles (Body Work, Cosmetic Details, Mechanical Problems)


• Highly Coachable with a Growth Mindset and Willingness to Learn


• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills


• Detail-oriented with Strong Organizational Abilities


• Valid Driver’s License and Clean Driving Record
