Vehicle Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented KBB Vehicle Acquisition Specialist to support our vehicle sourcing and appraisal efforts. This role focuses on managing inbound Kelly Blue Book Instant Cash Offer (ICO) leads, engaging with customers, and converting opportunities into vehicle acquisitions for our dealership.

The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and comfortable working with customers both in person and over the phone, while collaborating closely with management and the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to KBB Instant Cash Offer (ICO) leads


• Contact customers via phone, text, and email to schedule appraisal appointments


• Accurately gather vehicle information and verify KBB offer details


• Coordinate in-store appraisals with management and appraisal teams


• Present dealership purchase offers in a professional and transparent manner


• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and KBB platforms


• Track appointments, show rates, and acquisition outcomes


• Follow up with customers to maximize conversion opportunities


• Ensure a positive, pressure-free customer experience throughout the process

Qualifications & Skills

• Prior automotive dealership experience preferred (sales, BDC, or acquisition roles)


• Strong phone, communication, and customer service skills


• Comfortable working with CRM systems 


• Highly organized with strong attention to detail


• Ability to handle a fast-paced, lead-driven environment


• Professional demeanor and problem-solving mindset


• Reliable attendance and punctuality 

Compensation & Benefits

• $12/hour base pay
