Compensation: $150,000/year Income Potential + Performance Bonuses
Monthly Purchase Quota: 30 Vehicles

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Vehicle Acquisition Specialist (KBBICO) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for quality vehicles, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to meet and exceed monthly purchasing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Vehicle Acquisition: Source and purchase a minimum of 30 used vehicles monthly through our Service Drive, KBB & Car Gurus Buying Center and Private Sellers.
• Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, demand, and pricing to make informed purchasing decisions.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Inventory Coordination: Collaborate with the sales and inventory teams to ensure optimal stock levels and a diverse selection of vehicles.
• Compliance: Ensure all acquisitions meet company standards and comply with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in used car purchasing, preferably within a high-volume dealership environment.
• Strong knowledge of the automotive market, including vehicle values and industry best practices.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to make quick and accurate decisions under pressure.
• Proficiency in using automotive purchasing software and other relevant technology.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit for extended periods, use a computer keyboard and mouse.
• Ability to stand for extended periods during vehicle inspections.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds (e.g., paperwork, vehicle inspection tools).
