Diehl Automotive is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Vehicle Buying Center Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing and successful vehicle buying center with a professional and established team.

Key Responsibilities:

· Respond to incoming leads and schedule appointments for vehicle acquisitions.

· Coordinate, organize, and distribute vehicles across multiple dealership locations.

· Travel to offsite locations within the Pittsburgh metro market to conduct vehicle appraisals.

· Utilize basic software tools proficiently for tracking and communication.

· Follow defined processes and adapt to new systems efficiently.

What We’re Looking For:

· Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

· Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

· Proficiency with basic software tools (CRM, spreadsheets, email, etc.).

· A self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.

· A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

· No car business experience necessary-we will train you.
