Job Summary

We’re seeking a Vehicle Exchange Manager to engage customers, identify eligible vehicles for trade-ins, and present tailored upgrade offers.  This role works closely with service advisors and the sales team to drive program success, hit monthly targets, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage customers in the service lane to discuss upgrade and trade-in options.


• Identify high-mileage, equity-positive, or aged vehicles that qualify for the Vehicle Exchange Program.


• Present customers with tailored offers to trade out their current vehicle.


• Work hand-in-hand with the service advisors and sales team to maximize program success.


• Track results and consistently hit monthly exchange and sales targets.


• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.


• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in automotive sales and dealership management.


• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.


• Proficient in computer applications and basic math.


• Self-motivated with a track record of achieving and exceeding goals.


• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.


• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
