We are expanding our team and seeking highly motivatedindividuals who have a thirst for knowledge to join our team as an Installation Technician. The ideal candidate will have great attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a thirst for knowledge. Mechanical aptitude, automotive knowledge, and 12V experience are an added plus but not a requirement. Our technicians take pride in high-quality, professional work and thrive in a culture of prioritization and execution. We will train the right individual!
Compensation and Benefits
$18 - $24 per hour, based on experience

Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
Ability to bend, twist, reach, and lift to 50 lbs. without assistance
Must be reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently or as part of a team
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
Mechanical aptitude, automotive knowledge, and 12V experience is a plus/not mandatory
Strong Work Ethic
Successful completion of Pre-Employment screens, including a background check
Primary Responsibilities
Removal of factory interior and exterior equipment and parts
Install emergency lighting, sirens, consoles, radios, and other upfitting equipment on police, fire, and EMS vehicles
Interpret and follow build sheets, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications
Ensure all work meets safety, quality, and compliance standards
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to maintain workflow and efficiency
