Vehicle Maintenance Support Services - PM / On-Site Lead

ValCorp is recruiting qualified professionals to support vehicle maintenance, fleet readiness, customer service, and mission support for the 801st RED HORSE Training Squadron at Tyndall Air Force Base. ValCorp intends to retain qualified incumbent employees whenever possible and is also accepting applications from highly skilled new candidates. The Program Manager/On‑Site Lead will serve as ValCorp's senior onsite representative, directing a seven‑person operational team and overseeing all aspects of contract execution, staffing, fleet readiness, quality assurance, safety, Government coordination, reporting, property accountability, and workforce performance. This exempt position is full‑time, normally operating Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and is responsible for ensuring seamless daily operations and mission support for the Squadron.
