Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers to understand their needs


• Guide customers through vehicle selection and purchasing


• Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features


• Negotiate and close sales to meet monthly goals


• Stay informed about inventory, promotions, and product offerings


• Collaborate with team members for a seamless customer experience


• Maintain accurate records and attend training sessions

Qualifications

• Automotive sales experience is a plus, but not required


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals


• Flexible schedule (weekends and some holidays)


• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record


• Strong organizational and customer service skills


• Willingness to learn CRM software and vehicle details
