Vehicle Segment Sales Representative

Your Role

Bring your curiosity to work as our next Vehicle SEgment Sales Representative. You will be part of our Commerical Sales team reporting to the Commerical Sales Manager. In this role, your mission is to drive ales growth of our products through independent retail and defined direct account of the Vehicle Market Segment. You will contribute directly to how we create high‑quality products and solutions for our customers.

Your day-to-day

• Achieve and exceed sales, revenue, and profitability targets for equipment and related service products.


• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the vehicular services channel.


• Drive profitable sales by maintaining pricing discipline and focusing on margin improvement.


• Helping locate, contact, qualify and secure business with existing or potential commercial customers.


• Expand share of wallet within existing accounts through cross-selling and up-selling solutions.
  
  

Your skills and experience

• Bachelor's degree with a concentration in Sales, Professional Selling, Business Development, or Marketing   


• Proven track record of achieving revenue growth and profitability targets.


• 5 to 10 years’ experience in business-to-business sales in the retail channel


• Retail merchandising and marketing experience


• Experience in automotive and internet sales is a plus


• Must have knowledge of compressors and compressor systems


• Strong consultative and solution-selling skills.


• Must be a self-motivated, team player, action oriented, trustworthy, ethical, and a problem solver.


• Ability to create and manage marketing plans and strategies


• Strong financial acumen with an understanding of margin, pricing, and profitability.


• Must be willing and able to travel
