Vendor Relations Admin
Dallas, TX
$21-22/hr
Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5PM, onsite
The Vendor Relations Department is responsible for a wide range of tasks that facilitate the daily management, interaction, oversight, and administration of our strategic service partners. We are currently seeking a Vendor Relations Admin to join our team. This is a temp to perm opportunity.
Located near Walnut Hill and 35 in Dallas.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment, retention, and maintenance of subcontractor relationships for our client's national accounts.
- Maintain and manage current business relationships while actively seeking new strategic alliances.
- Update and organize vendor records, negotiate and manage contracts, and provide training to new vendors.
- Handle accounting discrepancies and prepare reports for the Director of Vendor Relations.
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma required.
- 2-3 years of admin experience, preferably in a role emphasizing negotiations and relationship building.
- Goal-oriented and motivated individuals are encouraged to apply.

- Proficiency in Windows-based operations, including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational skills, dependability, resourcefulness, promptness, follow-through, and time management.
Job Specific Tasks:
- Answer a high volume of phone calls.
- Update Certificate of Insurance (COI) requests and run the COI report monthly.
- Follow up with vendors regarding the status of paperwork and contracts.
- Update the Batch GEO mapping system monthly.
- Assist with receiving invoices.
- Issue customer-requested COIs.
- Create and maintain vendor profiles.
- Send out new contracts and renewals using DocuSign as needed.
- Navigate the DocuSign database to send contracts to our subcontractor network.
- Negotiate rates with potential and existing vendors.
