Vendor Coordinator

Insight Global is looking for a Vendor Coordinator for a Biotech company here in San Diego. This position will be onsite in Sorrento Valley five days a week. This person will be coordinating and planning with external vendors and project management teams. They will do the initial outreach to the vendor to bring them onsite and coordinate their onsite visit with the internal team. Additionally, when a piece of equipment breaks or malfunctions this person will coordinate schedules with the vendor to get the piece of equipment fixed. This position will be a three-month contract.

Must-haves
- Proficient in all Microsoft programs.
- 1 year of experience using an ERP system (SAP or EAM is a plus)
- Highschool diploma or GED

- Vendor Management experience
