What We Are Looking For
The Vendor Relations Specialist will be responsible for various tasks in support of Corelation’s preferred vendor partners program. The Vendor Relations Specialist will also assist with various tasks associated with the selections of potential Corelation partners, this can include researching vendor information, scheduling demonstrations, and/or other required meetings. The Vendor Relations Specialist will work non-partner 3rd parties to facilitate integration projects.
· Responsible for supporting all vendor management activities to achieve goals and objectives of Corelation and its clients. Primary duties include developing relationships with vendors and cross functional teams.
· Ensure vendor conformity to the company's operational processes, philosophy, and management guidelines.
· Maintain information and answer inquiries about Corelation partners and other vendors.
· Submit and track leads submitted to Corelation’s partners and coordinate communications between partners, clients, and internal teams. Report on revenue projects and collected from partners.
· Assist partners and other 3rd parties in projects to integrate to KeyStone. Ensure any required agreements are completed and fees collected
· Work collaboratively with the teams involved toward end goals; establish operations objectives and work plans; and conduct regular meetings to improve productivity, product knowledge, and client satisfaction. Assist in answering any partner inquiries about the status of ongoing projects.
· Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Experience
One to three years similar or related experience.
(1) A college degree (non-technical discipline) or (2) multi-craft skills acquired through extensive on-the-job training or apprenticeship programs or (3) in-depth industry and job specific technical skills acquired through a combination of formal instruction and on-the-job training.
