Venue Manager

Description

 As a Venue Manager, You will play a key role in ensuring responsibilities, overseeing all aspects of collaborating with teams across the company to enhance the overall client and guest experience.

Direct Responsibility's: Managing venue operations while interacting with Sales, Operations, Catering, and Client Services. You will collaborate closely with clients, internal teams, and external vendors to ensure the seamless execution of events and maintaining the highest standards of Mintahoe Catering and Events that we are known for.

Summary

As an Assistant Venue Manager, you will be instrumental in overseeing daily operations and ensuring a seamless guest experience at our venue. Reporting to the Venue Manager, you will utilize your core skills in management, customer service, and cash handling to supervise staff and manage shifts effectively. Your leadership and events management expertise will be vital in coordinating successful events and maintaining high service standards. With relevant experience in hospitality and restaurant settings, you will contribute significantly to the venue's success and guest satisfaction. Qualifications

• Proven experience in management and supervising roles, preferably in hospitality or events management.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Proficient in report writing and cash handling.
• Leadership abilities to effectively manage shifts and staff.
• Relevant experience in restaurants, nightclubs, or resorts is a plus.
• Background in assistant management is highly desirable.
