Hours: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Weld Test Requirement: Must pass a 3G MIG/Flux Core weld test

Position Summary

We are seeking experienced Vessel Welders to join a high-performing team in Catoosa. This position requires advanced welding skills and a strong attention to quality and safety. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, skilled in MIG/Flux welding, and capable of operating and adjusting advanced welding equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate advanced welding equipment
• Perform high-quality welds according to specifications and quality standards
• Plan welding procedures and inspect finished work for accuracy and completeness
• Troubleshoot and make advanced adjustments to maintain production quality
• Participate in continuous improvement and procedural modifications for safety and efficiency
• Crawl in and out of vessels as required by job duties
• Enter basic data for maintenance calls and production tracking
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and weld symbols
• Handle and assemble small parts and components
• Collaborate effectively with other departments to meet production goals
• Maintain consistent production output at or above expected standards

Requirements

• Must pass a 3G MIG/Flux Core weld test
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols
• Understanding of voltage, amperage, and machine adjustments
• Strong attention to quality and detail
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work in physically demanding environments (confined spaces, bending, lifting)
• Basic math and data entry skills
• 6+ months of material handling experience or equivalent knowledge
• Completion of basic safety training
