• Full-time schedule with only one Saturday per month

• Starting at $17/hour negotiable based on experience

About the Role:

At Mountain Aire Veterinary Hospital, we've proudly served the Greater Frazier Mountain community since the late 1980s. As a locally owned practice, we prioritize compassionate care, client relationships, and a welcoming environment for both pets and their people.

We're currently seeking a Veterinary Assistant / Client Service Representative (CSR) to fill a dual role supporting clients at the front desk and assisting our veterinary team with patient care.

What You'll Do:

This is a dynamic position that combines client service and hands-on veterinary support:

• Greet clients with professionalism and kindness

• Answer phone calls, texts, and emails; schedule appointments; process prescription requests

• Assist with patient intake, handling, and basic treatments

• Review treatment plans and handle payment processing

• Maintain clean, organized workspaces and accurate records

• Educate clients and support veterinary team operations

What We're Looking For:

• Previous customer service or veterinary assistant experience preferred

• Clear communicator with a team-focused, upbeat attitude

• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and remain calm under pressure

• Comfortable handling animals and interacting with pet owners

• Familiarity with veterinary software is a plus
