Who You Are

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years as a veterinary assistant
  
  


• Team-Oriented: Strong collaborator, comfortable working closely with veterinarians and technicians
  
  


• Passionate & Enthusiastic: Committed to delivering innovative, high-quality care
  
  


• Organized & Efficient: Detail-focused and able to support smooth clinic operations
  
  


• Bonus: Prior experience in urgent or emergency care
  
  

What You’ll Do

• Client Support: Provide a calm, reassuring environment so pet parents feel confident in their pets’ care
  
  


• Procedural Assistance: Support doctors and technicians with treatments and procedures, including safe pet restraint
  
  


• Clinic Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for pets, clients, and staff
  
  


• Culture & Teamwork: Embody Sploot’s core values and contribute to a positive, collaborative clinic culture
  
  

What You’ll Receive

• Competitive Pay: $20–$24/hour, plus 1.5x pay on recognized holidays
