Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical examinations and diagnose medical conditions in various animals.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focusing on proactive and preventive care.
• Conduct routine surgeries, dental procedures, and other medical interventions with precision and care.
• Educate and communicate effectively with pet owners regarding their pets’ health, treatments, and preventive care.
• Collaborate with support staff to maintain a Fear Free environment that minimizes stress and anxiety for pets.
• Maintain up-to-date medical records and ensure compliance with veterinary regulations and protocols.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree from an accredited institution.
• Valid and unrestricted veterinary license to practice.
• Strong clinical skills with experience in small animal medicine and surgery preferred.
• Demonstrated commitment to compassionate, Fear Free veterinary care.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to participate in community outreach and educational initiatives related to pet health.
