Associate Veterinarian – Privately Owned Hospital

We’re a privately owned, non-corporate veterinary hospital looking for a veterinarian to join our team. We have a laid-back, family atmosphere with a supportive team of 40+ people and an owner-doctor who is happy to offer guidance and mentorship whenever needed.

A little about the position:

  Full- or part-time schedule, 8 AM–4 PM

  
  


• 
  

  One guaranteed 3-day weekend built into the schedule every month

  
  


• 
  

  Average of 10–15 patients per day

  
  


• 
  

  Approximately 70% dogs and 30% cats

  
  


• 
  

  Beautiful, well-equipped hospital with digital X-ray, ultrasound, endoscopy, IDEXX InView, AI scribe technology, and phone access to medical notes

  
  

Compensation and benefits:

• 
  

  New graduates: $130,000 starting base

  
  


• 
  

  Experienced veterinarians: $150,000–$200,000

  
  


• 
  

  401(k) with 3% match
