The Role: Emergency Veterinarian

Join a collaborative, high-performing team providing 24/7 emergency and urgent care for dogs and cats.

Your Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, stabilize, and treat emergency cases
• Perform emergency surgeries as needed
• Leverage digital X-ray, ultrasound, and in-house lab
• Communicate clearly with pet families and referring vets
• Work closely with skilled technicians and support staff
• Keep thorough and timely medical records
• Stay current with CE and best practices

You Bring:

• DVM (or equivalent); active FL or TX license
• 1+ year ER experience preferred
• Strong diagnostic, surgical, and communication skills
• Calm, collaborative mindset under pressure
• Commitment to compassionate, high-quality care

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $200K+
• Production Bonus: 21 - 23% (paid monthly)
