About the Role

Join a high-performing ER team providing 24/7 emergency and urgent care for dogs and cats.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, treat, and stabilize emergency cases
  
  
• Perform emergency surgeries when necessary
  
  
• Utilize digital X-ray, ultrasound, and in-house labs
  
  
• Communicate clearly with clients and referring DVMs
  
  
• Collaborate with skilled technicians and support team
  
  
• Maintain accurate, timely medical records
  
  
• Stay current through CE and professional development
  
  

Qualifications:

• DVM or equivalent; active FL or TX license
  
  
• 1+ year of emergency experience preferred
  
  
• Strong diagnostic, surgical, and communication skills
  
  
• Level-headed and collaborative under pressure
  
  
• Passion for delivering empathetic, high-quality care
  
  

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $200K + 21-23% Production Bonus
