Springwood Veterinary Hospital is looking for an experienced veterinarian who is ready for more than just another associate position. We're seeking a confident clinician who enjoys practicing high-quality medicine today and is interested in growing into a leadership role.

What We Offer

• $150,000–$160,000 base salary (DOE) with production opportunities

✅ Who We're Looking For

• Experienced DVM


• Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in Texas


• Comfortable performing routine soft tissue surgery independently


• Confident managing appointments and medical cases during solo doctor shifts


• Enjoys a combination of wellness, medicine, surgery, and urgent care cases


• Strong communicator who builds lasting client relationships


• Interested in growing into a Lead DVM/medical leadership position


• Team-oriented with a collaborative approach to patient care


• Willing to work at least one Saturday per month
